By accessing and using EL7A2, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for any activities that occur under your account.
3. Use of Service
You may use our service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
4. Vendor Obligations
As a vendor, you are responsible for accurately representing your surplus food items, maintaining food safety standards, and honoring confirmed bag claims by customers.
5. Bag Listings and Claims
All bag listings must accurately represent the food items included. Once a customer claims a bag, the vendor is obligated to fulfill the order during the specified pickup time.
6. Payments and Fees
Vendors agree to pay platform fees as specified. Customers pay the listed price for bags. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.
7. Limitation of Liability
EL7A2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
